I had just randomly checked the Patreon and noticed it was still billing it. I appreciate you folx getting to this and I also just deleted Patreon since it's been rendered redundant.
I sent Patreon an angry email, complete with screenshots, when I saw they'd charged me. Do I send an apologetic follow up saying "Sorry, it turns out this wasn't your fault, but the fault of a middle aged man confused by technology."?
Speaking of constructive conversations, would love to see some breaking of bread with new Substacker Radley Balko, after the previous apparently sourdough (sorry) attempt.
Can't forget that Kmele doubled up podcasting that Central Park Karen story with former guest Van Lathan on Higher Learning, only for Christian Cooper to show up on the pod the next episode
i didn't even notice the charge from patreon. weirdness. i wish i could get the podcasts i support that are still on that platform to move so i could wash my hands of them.
